Cardio Flex

Our action packed Polar Authorized Club HIIT program also known as Cardio Flex combines multiple movements which alternate between periods of explosiveness and active recovery/rest, leaving you with a total body workout. We use the Polar Flow Heart Rate System which keeps track of your heart rate and calories burned.

Boxing

30 minutes of heart-pumping heavy bag Boxing plus 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The Boxing portion is comprised of 6-8 guided boxing rounds, which are punctuated by jab, cross, hook, and upper cut combinations, while the HIIT portion is constantly varied and you’ll see exercises like wall balls, squat jumps, push-ups, ball slams, along with dumbbell and kettlebell exercises and much more.  This class can best be described as half Boxing, half Bootcamp.  A fan favorite!

CrossFit

No matter what your fitness level, you CAN DO CrossFit while learning in a safe, fun, and family friendly environment in one of the best and most diverse group fitness gyms in Nashville | Brentwood. We utilize the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. The program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Weightlifting

This class focuses primarily on instructing and improving strength and execution of the big three lifts of squat, deadlift and bench along with accessory work. Most athletes will attend class two to three times a week to get the most out of the programming. We will include some Olympic lifts throughout the programming as well.
