Partner A: 500 Meter Row

Partner B: Plank Hold

*If the plank is broken perform 5 sync burpees before continuing.

Partner A: 60 Kettle Bell Swings 70lb/53lb

Partner B: Handstand Hold

*If handstand is broken perform 5 sync burpees each before continuing.

Partner A: 60 box jumps

Partner B: Overhead Plate Hold 45lb/35lb

*If the overhead position is broken perform 5 sync burpees before continuing.

Partner A: 60 Sit-ups

Partner B: Squat Hold at Bottom

*If the squat position is broken perform 5 sync burpees before continuing.

Partner A: 500 Meter Row

Partner B: Plank Hold

*If the plank is broken perform 5 sync burpees before continuing.
